Racing Inspired Content Clarification: WovenWheels creates original woven tapestries inspired by various themes, including automotive and racing culture. Our products are not officially licensed merchandise associated with any third-party franchises, including but not limited to Need for Speed, Formula 1 (F1), or the Fast and Furious movie series. Any designs that may draw inspiration from racing themes are independently created by WovenWheels and do not use, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted material, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property from these franchises. WovenWheels does not claim any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by the owners of these franchises.
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Checkout and Purchases
By completing a purchase on WovenWheels, you agree to the following terms:
Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways as specified during checkout. All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the website, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. WovenWheels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team at support@wovenwheels.com. Cancellations after this period may not be possible once the order has entered processing or shipping stages.
Refunds and Returns: We offer refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged products, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days for a refund, subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs borne by you. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping: Currently WovenWheels only ships within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; WovenWheels is not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all details are error free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our return policy.
Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. WovenWheels does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of WovenWheels, its agents, and/or affiliates.
